sushi and i are not friends. i know, i know--- it's super trendy and good for you, too, right? i can't get behind it, people. remember that time at that place in little rock? were you there? what a disaster. i like avocado rolls, but that's really just avocado and rice. that's not really that big of a deal. raw tuna? are you kidding? count me out. i'll be at jade china. they may have rats in kitchen (if you believe the rumors... i choose not to), but at least the food's cooked. our whole department is going out to lunch at fuji together today and the boss is paying, so i guess i can something off of the hibachi grill, yeah?announcement: it feels like friday. gd why is it not friday?

I like the "Beni Hana" roll from Beni Hana. It's got a sweet and tangy sauce on it. As for the slabs of raw fish, not so much. You should try the tempura...it's fried and delicious.
Love it!! Get the Californial roll.. it's got fake crab.. its not bad. I dont like raw stuff, either, but I like my own "sushi" Try also the Calimari rolls.. it's cooked calimari. Its just like the appetizer but in a roll. :))))

and one time, at band camp. just kidding. but one time? at the hardrock hotel and casino in vegas, i was eating at their sushi place and the band "TRAIN" walked in. i always associated raw,rolled up fish with them.

I tried sushi several years ago and HATED it. I usually like all kinds of food. It's the texture, yuuuch.

I can't believe you know Kim and Christopher. I knew you went to high school, but it totally didn't occur to me. Kimmy was my college roomie for 2 years. Love her.
